Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. and Canada.

What do you charge for shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on all of our merchandise.  Free Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout Page where you will see $0.00 Shipping for your order.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Please email us for information on expedited shipping.  Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit.

Do you ship to an alternate address or a P.O. Box?

We do not ship to a PO Box or APO address at this time.

Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?

Regular orders are processed, verified and shipped within 2-4 business days. Delivery time is between 3-5 days. Make sure that you read the description concerning shipping for each item you purchase.

How long will it take for a Special Order Item to arrive?

These Items are special ordered meaning they are made and/or shipped directly from the manufacture.  Our Special Order Items are processed, verified and shipped within 2-5 business days and approximately 7-15 days for delivery. Make sure that you read the description concerning shipping for each item you purchase.  Please keep in mind  there is always a slight chance you may receive your item(s) sooner.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available within 24 to 48 hours after your order is shipped out. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.

How do I track my package?

All orders are shipped via FED EX, UPS and USPS and will be delivered into the responsibility of your postal carrier.When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number within your confirmation email. You may copy and paste your tracking number into the Carrier website provided to find any tracking information available for your package.

How can I cancel my order?

Please call Customer Service to cancel your order.  We cannot cancel once your order has been shipped.

What happens if I refuse?

If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping charges and taxes that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

Redeeming a coupon?

To redeem a coupon, enter the code in the 'Apply a Coupon' box at checkout. The discount will automatically be applied to your order. 


Do you have a storefront?

No, we do not have a physical location. We are an online store only, with affiliations with various designers, manufacturers, and warehouses nationwide that make and ship our merchandise. 

How long do I have to return an item?

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. 

Please note: All items are to be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once we have received and inspected your item, we will process your Store Credit or Exchange within 2-4 business days or sooner.  Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in original package.

 We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke. Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer. If you are eligible for an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.    Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

***Please note that the following items are NOT eligible for return: Sale Product, Lingerie, Underwear, Formal Dresses, Swimwear, Bodysuits, and Accessories.

We will only make an exception and give a refund if your product is received after the delivery time stated on the product description page and/or in the email confirmation you received notifying you that your order has been shipped. 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Refer to our Contact Us Page and send an email to our customer service department.  Once your form is received we will send you a RMA number and instructions on how to return/exchange your item.

When filling out this form make sure you indicate what you are sending back, the reason why and what you are requesting (Exchange or Store Credit). 

**Please include your original packaging and place a Copy of this form with your full name, order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item or receive merchandise credit. If it's not indicated or if the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.

Measure your chest over the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra that fits (a). Your seat measure should be measured around the fullest part of your hips. Inside leg length is measured from the crotch to the floor. Do not measure over other clothing.

   *This is not your bra size!
   *Wear an unpadded bra
   *Relax arms at sides
   *Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
b) Waist
   *Find the natural waist
   *This is the smallest part of the waist
   *Usually about 1 in. above the belly button
   *Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room
c) Hip
   *Find the widest part of the hips
   *Usually about 7 in. below natural waist
